Delivery Options

We deliver orders to the following regions:

Poland – via InPost, with the option to choose between:

  • delivery to a 24/7 Parcel Locker,

  • courier delivery to the specified address.

European Union countries – via FedEx.

The delivery cost depends on:

  • the destination country,

  • the weight of the parcel,

  • the selected delivery method.

The exact price will be provided in the order summary before payment is made.

We do not apply geoblocking or discriminate against customers based on nationality, place of residence, or IP location – in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302.

Order Processing Time

Order processing begins:

  • after the payment is credited, or

  • in the case of deferred payment – after the order is confirmed by the Seller.

Estimated delivery time:

  • InPost (Poland): usually 1–2 business days,

  • FedEx (EU): 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online payment or credit/debit card via Shopify Payments (service provided by Shopify International Limited, Ireland),

  • Instant electronic transfer via Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.),

  • Traditional bank transfer to the following account:

For international payments, currency conversion is performed automatically according to the payment operator's rates. The store does not charge additional currency conversion fees.
