It’s a simple, sensory ritual:
• Use the provided funnel to pour approximately 8 cm of oil into the vase.
• Gently place the steel wicks inside.
• Wait about 30 minutes for the fibers to fully absorb the oil.
• Light the candle.
What is Oliensa Pure Oil?
It is purity in its finest form — a scent-free, mineral-based oil developed exclusively for Oliensa candles. It ensures a clean, smokeless burn and an experience free from distractions.
Can I add essential oils to the candle?
We do not recommend adding essential oils.
To maintain safety and optimal performance, Oliensa candles should be used exclusively with Oliensa Pure Oil — designed to leave no scent and no residue.
Do the candles have a fragrance?
No, our candles are unscented.
They’re designed to offer a pure lighting experience — where light, not fragrance, takes center stage.
How do I extinguish the flame?
Simply blow it out.
The flame of Oliensa fades gently — and returns just as gracefully.
What’s the best way to light the candle?
We recommend matches.
Lighters may leave a residue on the steel wicks. The purity of form deserves mindful care.
Why has the top of my candle darkened?
Heat and time may leave a trace.
A black residue is a natural result of exposure to flame. Wipe it gently with a dry paper towel or a damp cloth with mild soap — avoiding the wick. Use matches and avoid drafts to preserve its elegance.
What if the candle is harder to light?
It may be a sign of carbon buildup on the wick.
Gently clean the tips with dry paper. The oil will flow again, and the flame will return — clean and steady.
If the flame is uneven, remove the wicks and tap them vertically against a surface to align the fibers.
How do I refill the oil?
Extinguish the flame and allow the candle to cool.
Then, using the funnel, refill to your preferred level. That’s it.
