Product Return – Withdrawal from the Contract

You have the right to return a purchased product without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

How to do it?

Send the product to the following address:

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package or proof of its shipment.


Product Complaint

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty for conformity with the contract (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act).

How to file a complaint?

Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 days.
If accepted – we cover the return shipping and reshipment costs.
