How Does It Work?

Email address and phone number,

Reason for the return (optional).

We will send you a prepaid FedEx return label by email.

Pack the product securely.

Attach the return label to the package.

Drop off the parcel at your nearest FedEx drop-off location or schedule a FedEx pickup directly via their website.
No printing required if you use a QR code label option, available in selected countries!
What Can You Return?
You may return any products purchased from our store within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.
Products must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their characteristics and functioning (similar to inspecting an item in a physical store).
Who Covers the Return Cost?
Oliensa covers all return shipping costs via the prepaid FedEx label.
There are no additional fees for using our FedEx return service.
How Long Does the Refund Take?
We will process your refund within 14 days from the receipt of your returned package or receipt of proof of shipment.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, BLIK).
